What does the shop sell?
Swedish clogs for adults (sizes 34 to 47) and children (sizes 24 to 33), sandals, slippers, boots, cowhide and reindeer leather bags, belts and wallets, gloves and mittens, socks, jumpers and sheepskin insoles.
Do you deliver everywhere?
We deliver in mainland France by Colissimo for €9.50. Orders are prepared within 2 working days and usually arrive within 2 days. We do not ship abroad for the moment. You can also collect your order free of charge in the shop.
How can I pay?
Online by bank transfer: the details are shown at the end of your order, which is shipped as soon as the transfer is received. Online card payment is temporarily unavailable. In the shop, you can pay on the spot.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, using the withdrawal form on the site. Return costs are paid by the customer. We do not offer automatic exchanges: if the size is wrong, please contact us.
How do I choose my clog size?
Choose your usual shoe size. Each product page shows the available sizes; sold-out sizes are crossed out. If you hesitate between two sizes, call us on +33 1 45 48 00 14 or come and try them in the shop.
How do I care for leather clogs?
Wipe smooth or patent leather with a soft cloth and a suitable cream. Brush nubuck with a special brush and protect it with a suede and nubuck waterproofing spray. Do not leave clogs in water and let them dry away from heat.
My customer account no longer works. What should I do?
Our website was fully renewed in October 2026 and, for security, all passwords were reset. Click "Sign in", then "Forgot your password?" and follow the link sent to you by e-mail. Your order history has been kept.
